A little about me
I bought my first rental property in York, PA at 19 years old. It was a cash-flowing duplex I purchased just after starting college to study real estate at San Diego State University. I have since sold that property, bought two more duplexes and am looking to add to my portfolio. With that experience as an investor, I understand the perspective of investors looking to buy or sell an investment property.
